Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hesperia was fine, with some ups and downs. The rooms were suggested but at Euro 80 per night, it felt a bit expensive. My room had a view on a narrow fire-escape-like courtyard, basically a wall, leading to minimal natural light during the day.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms I originally booked were spacious and well-equipped, those facing the interior courtyard were dark and dim. I appreciated having access to English news channels on TV, though.
The hotel offers clean and good-sized rooms; however, the price of Euro 80 per night was a bit unexpected. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was no option to adjust the room temperature. The location is a bit further than ideal for sightseeing in Madrid, but it is opposite the National History Museum on the Paseo de la Castellana. The dining experience was exceptional with a great selection of breads and fruits. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, though some can be on the smaller side. The service was very good, attentive, and beyond our expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around Madrid. The dining was good, but a little pricey. I found the facilities to be satisfactory.
